Matcha Almond Granola is crunchy, slightly sweet and full of matcha flavor. Grain and dairy-free!

Ingredients
1tablespoonmatcha powder
¼cupmaple syrup
2tablespoonsmelted virgin coconut oil
½teaspoonsea salt
1teaspoonvanilla extract
¾cupalmond flour
1cupraw almondsroughly chopped
1cupraw pecansroughly chopped
½cupunsweetened coconut chips or flakes
½cupraw pumpkin seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 275°.
In a bowl, mix the matcha with the maple syrup, coconut oil, salt and vanilla. Add almond flour, nuts, seeds and coconut and stir together to create a sticky mass.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread out mixture on parchment and bake for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool and transfer to a glass jar to store.
