Matcha Almond Granola Parfait

Layer Matcha Almond Granola with Icelandic Skyr and fresh fruit for a delicious breakfast or Fika treat! Vegan and gluten-free.

Equipment

  • Parfait or wine glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 batch Matcha Almond Granola (see link below)
  • 4 containers Siggi's plant-based skyr or other yogurt product
  • Fresh fruit for layering (berries, bananas, peaches, mango, etc.)

Instructions

  • Create alternating layers of skyr, granola and fresh fruit to reach the top of each glass.
  • Serve parfaits immediately or cover with plastic and serve within one day.
