Layer Matcha Almond Granola with Icelandic Skyr and fresh fruit for a delicious breakfast or Fika treat! Vegan and gluten-free.

Ingredients

Matcha Almond Granola

Siggi's plant-based skyr or other yogurt product
Fresh fruit for layering
(berries, bananas, peaches, mango, etc.)
Instructions
Create alternating layers of skyr, granola and fresh fruit to reach the top of each glass.
Serve parfaits immediately or cover with plastic and serve within one day.
